These terms govern purchases and paid services from It's Already Built, a service of Hamtown, LLC. Before checkout, you must explicitly accept the version of these terms shown with your purchase. Questions? Email hello@itsalreadybuilt.com.
What we provide
We design and build a website for your business and offer it to you. You may preview it with no obligation. If you purchase it, you receive the finished site as described at the time of sale.
Preview links
A preview link is provided for you and the people you choose to share it with, to help you decide. Previews are unlisted and may expire if a site isn’t purchased.
Purchase, pricing, and billing
The site is a one-time purchase of $750 unless stated otherwise. Optional KeepFresh is a recurring subscription of $49 per month or $488 per year (first month free) that you can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and is not retroactive. Payments are processed by Stripe. The site purchase includes one bundled round of light edits submitted through the customer review tool. After that round is published, additional Refresh, Reskin, KeepFresh, transfer, domain, or custom-work charges are always shown before payment.
Ownership and handover
After you purchase the site, its content, design, and logo are yours. We keep the site hosted at its included address at no recurring charge. If you want the files, domain, and hosting control transferred to your own provider or account, the optional transfer service is priced separately. You own any custom domain purchased for you; registrar renewals remain your responsibility. KeepFresh is optional and is not required for the base site to remain online.
Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the business details you ask us to publish and for using the site lawfully. Tell us if anything we’ve shown is inaccurate and we’ll correct it.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamtown, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hamtown, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the “last updated” date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
